Who you contract with
These terms are an agreement between you and Fideo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CEVO", "we", "us"), which runs cevolab.com and app.cevolab.com.

How we handle your personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the biometric notice. They are separate from these terms, and you give the consents they describe separately from accepting these terms.
Who can use CEVO
- You must be 18 or older. If you tell us you are under 18, you cannot continue: we process no photo, and we delete what you entered straight away.
- To see the free readout you give an email address or continue with Google. To buy a report you need your own account, signed in with Apple, Google or a code sent to your email.
- The answers you give must be your own. They choose the reference ranges your measurements are compared with, so wrong answers give a less useful report.
What CEVO is and is not
CEVO measures the proportions of your face from your photos and explains what each measurement means. It is an appearance and grooming analysis.
- CEVO is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not plan any medical or surgical procedure.
- Nothing in a report is medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional before deciding on any treatment or procedure.
- No report tells you that anything about your face needs changing.
- Simulations and renders show what a change might look like. They are not a promise of how you will look, a prediction of any result, or a surgical plan.
Reports and prices
Each report is a one-time purchase. The descriptions below are part of our contract with you: if your report does not contain what is listed for it, we fix it (see if something is wrong).
Free scan and readout
- One front photo, taken and measured in your browser. The measurements are uploaded only if you buy a report; a private copy of the photo is kept for up to 90 days to fix problems and improve quality (Privacy Policy). If you choose Continue on your phone, your answers are sent to your phone and the photo you take there is sent back to your computer through CEVO's server, end-to-end encrypted so CEVO cannot see them, held in memory only and deleted once delivered or after 30 minutes. Once the photo arrives, your computer keeps a private copy of it with CEVO for up to 90 days, like every scan photo.
- Three measurements: your facial width-to-height ratio (FWHR), canthal tilt (an estimate, about ±1.5°), and the middle-to-lower face ratio.
- To see the readout, you give your email or continue with Google. The free scan costs nothing and saves no card.
$29 report, "Basic Readout"
- Up to 10 front tests, the ones CEVO measures most reliably from a front photo. Each shows its measured values, with a published reference range where one exists.
- A facial balance breakdown: how each feature's measurements sit against their reference ranges, shown feature by feature, never as one overall score. A range from a published group of young adults is not used when the age band you gave is older than that group. It is included in every report.
- No side photo and no side-profile measurements, no simulations and no hairstyle renders.
$59 report, "Complete Clinical Dossier"
- The 169-test analysis, across 9 holistic modules and 12 anatomical regions, from the front and the side. Each test is shown as measured, held back (when a value is not reliable enough on your photo), not yet available (skin analysis CEVO has not built yet), an observation, or not available from CEVO's photos. Measured values are shown with a published reference range where one exists. After you pay, you take a 90° side photo, which is uploaded for the side measurements.
- The Biological Facial Age Index: an estimate, made by CEVO's software, of the age your face appears in your photos.
- The facial balance breakdown.
- A non-surgical styling simulation ("Layer 1"): a generated image of your face with changes to hair, grooming and styling only. Your bone structure stays exactly as it is in your photo.
- Up to 3 hairstyle renders made from your photo, of cuts matched to your face.
- A 90-day grooming and routine plan, and a guide to eyewear frame shapes for your proportions.
$119 report, "Master Surgical & 1-Year Suite"
- Everything in the $59 report.
- A structural and surgical simulation ("Layer 2"), in addition to Layer 1. Layer 2 is an illustration, made by moving the pixels of your own photo with nothing redrawn, of how changes to underlying structure, such as those a surgical procedure makes, could look. It comes with a Vector Shift Map that shows the direction and size, in millimetres, of each simulated change. It is an illustration, not a surgical plan or a prediction of any result.
- Up to 10 hairstyle renders, of cuts matched to your face.
- Surgeon PDF export: your report, measurements, methods and sources as a PDF you can take to a surgeon or another qualified practitioner if you choose to. It is information, not medical advice or a surgical plan.
- 4 re-scans, one each quarter, for 12 months from the date you buy.
Price and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. The price shown before you pay is the full price, including VAT for EU and UK buyers and any sales tax.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. CEVO never sees your full card number.
- The pay button shows the amount, for example "Pay $59". Your contract starts when the payment goes through, your analysis starts at the same moment, and we email you a confirmation.
- CEVO works in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on a phone or a computer. You need a camera or a photo of your face.
- If you arrive through a partner's link, a 10% discount is applied automatically. The partner may earn a commission. Partners must say so, and may not publish made-up reviews.
Add-ons after you buy
After you pay, and in your report, we may offer extras:
- Surgical Simulation, $39, offered to $59 buyers straight after payment. It adds the Layer 2 structural and surgical simulation, with its Vector Shift Map, to your report.
- Hairstyle pack, $19: more of your matched hairstyle images (up to 10). Offered if you decline the $39 add-on, and only when your matched cuts add more images.
Each add-on works like this:
- The offer shows the price and exactly what it adds before you tap.
- Nothing is charged unless you tap the add-on and confirm the price on the button.
- Each add-on is a separate purchase with its own contract and its own confirmation email.
- Each add-on starts as soon as you pay for it, wherever you live (see withdrawal).
Saving your card
When you pay, you can tick a separate box to save your card for one-tap add-ons on that order. If you do not tick it, you can still buy add-ons; you just enter your card again. The full terms are shown next to the box, apart from these terms, and repeated in your confirmation email.
- What it is used for
- One-tap add-ons for this order: the $39 Surgical Simulation and the $19 hairstyle pack, offered on the pages after payment and in your report.
- When you are charged
- Only when you tap an add-on and confirm the price on the button. Never automatically.
- Amount
- The price shown on the button you tap. All amounts are in US dollars.
- Your card
- Shown by its brand and last 4 digits, for example "Visa ending 4242". Stripe stores the card; CEVO keeps only the brand and last 4 digits.
- Recurring charges
- None. Saving your card does not sign you up for the membership or any repeat payment.
- How long
- The card is removed 24 hours after your order. You can remove it sooner on your order page, or by emailing info@cevolab.com.
- Changes
- We email you at least 2 working days before any change to these card terms.
- Final sale
- Every add-on charged to the card is final (see all sales are final).

We keep a record of your consent: the time, the wording you saw and the card's last 4 digits, for 5 years after it ends.
When your analysis starts
Your analysis starts as soon as your payment goes through. This is the same for every buyer, wherever you live, and for every report and add-on. Under the pay button we show one line: "By paying you agree to our Terms and that your analysis starts right away." Paying is your agreement to that. We keep a record of it: the wording you saw and the time you pressed Pay, and your confirmation email repeats it.
The only box at checkout is the optional one to save your card for one-tap add-ons (see saving your card). It appears above the pay button, unticked.
The membership
The "Progress & Re-Scan Membership" is the only part of CEVO that renews. It is offered from day 28 after your first report, and you join it separately.

- One month of membership at a time, charged on the same date each month as your first payment.
- First charge
- On the day you join. The date is shown before you confirm.
- Cancel
- Online at any time, no fee.
Joining
- Before you enter or confirm a card, we show the price, how often you are charged, the first charge date, what renews and how to cancel.
- You join by ticking a separate, unticked box and pressing a button that reads "Join for $19 a month". Under the button we show one line: "By joining you agree to our Terms and that your membership starts right away." A card saved for add-ons never signs you up.
- We email you straight away with these terms and a link to cancel.
- We keep a record of your agreement for 5 years after the membership ends.
Reminders and price changes
- We email you before your first renewal, and at least once a year after that, with the price, how often you are charged and how to cancel.
- If the price changes, we email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies, with a link to cancel.
Cancelling
- Go to Account, then Membership. Press Cancel membership, then confirm. That is two clicks, no more steps than joining took.
- We do not show you an offer to stay or any other screen before your cancellation goes through.
- You can also cancel by emailing info@cevolab.com.
- There is no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
The membership starts when you join. In the EU and UK this means the 14-day right to withdraw from it ends when you join. Payments already made are final.
Delivery times
- The free scan shows its readout (FWHR, canthal tilt (an estimate, about ±1.5°), and the middle-to-lower face ratio) in your browser within seconds.
- Every paid report is checked by a trained CEVO team member, bound by a confidentiality agreement, before it opens. We deliver it within 24 hours after your photos are accepted. Its renders follow once the team member has checked them, and we email you when they are ready.
- We email you when your report is ready.
If we miss a window
- If your report is not delivered within 24 hours after your photos are accepted, we keep working on it until it is delivered.
Right of withdrawal
Reports, with their renders, and add-ons start as soon as you pay for them (see when your analysis starts). When you pay, you agree that your analysis starts right away. If you live in the EU or the UK, this means your 14-day right to withdraw from that purchase ends when it begins, that is, when your payment goes through. Your confirmation email repeats what you agreed to.
The membership works the same way: it starts when you join, and in the EU and UK your 14-day right to withdraw from it ends then (see the membership).
All sales are final
All sales are final. There are no refunds. This covers reports, add-ons and the membership.
If something is wrong
- A render has visible errors, or shows something other than what you ordered: we make it again.
- Part of a report is missing or wrong: we correct it.
- Your photos cannot be analysed: we ask you for a new photo and finish your report from it.

Generated images
- People shown on the CEVO website and in CEVO's marketing are AI-generated models. They are not customers, and their images are not customer results or reviews.
- Simulations and hairstyle renders of your face are made from your photo: Layer 1 and the hairstyle renders by an image generation service, Layer 2 by moving the pixels of your own photo, with nothing redrawn. Each one is labelled "Generated simulation, not a photo or a prediction" on screen and in the PDF, and carries IPTC metadata marking it as generated.
- A render illustrates what might be possible. It is not a promise of how you will look, a prediction of what any treatment would achieve, or a surgical plan.
- A trained CEVO team member, bound by a confidentiality agreement, checks your renders before you see them, inside CEVO's own review tool, with no name or email shown.
How accurate it is
- Measurements are calculated from your photos. Camera distance, lens, lighting, expression and head angle all change them a little.
- Optical Lens Normalization (24mm to 85mm) estimates how far the camera was from your face, using the size of your iris as a scale and the photo's lens data, and checks whether the photo was taken too close. It does not change your photo. If it was taken too close, we warn you or ask you to retake it.
- Each measurement is compared with a reference range from published studies, chosen by the reference baseline you pick. Every report lists its sources.
- Measurements describe proportions. They are not a judgement of how you look.
Acceptable use
- Upload photos of yourself only. You may not upload a photo of another person, even with their agreement, because measuring a face needs that person's own consent given to us.
- Never upload a photo of anyone under 18.
- Do not use CEVO to make decisions about other people, such as hiring, dating or insurance.
- Do not present a render as an unedited photo of yourself or anyone else.
- Do not copy, resell or scrape CEVO, its reports or its methods, or access it with automated tools.
- Do not try to get around payment, security or the age check.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Your photos and our content
- Your photos stay yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy and process them only to provide the reports, renders, re-scans and support you ask for. It ends when the photos are deleted: 30 days after your report and renders are delivered, or sooner if you ask.
- We never use your photos, landmarks or measurements to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, unless you opt in separately. That option is off unless you turn it on.
- We use your photos and face geometry only to make what you asked for, never to identify or recognise you. We never sell your data.
- Your report is for your personal use. You may share it as you like.
- CEVO's software, design, text and methods belong to us. Buying a report does not give you rights in them beyond using your report.
Our liability
- We provide CEVO with reasonable care and skill.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
- A report and its renders are information. Decisions about treatments, procedures or purchases are yours, and should be made with a qualified professional.
- Where the law allows it, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought, or that come from a business use of CEVO.
Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA.
- Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
- If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
- US users: disputes are decided by the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. There is no arbitration clause.
- If something goes wrong, email info@cevolab.com first.
- These terms are in English.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. Each version carries its date at the top of this page.
- For a change that affects you, we email you 30 days before it applies.
- A purchase you have already made keeps the price and contents that applied when you bought it.
- If you do not accept a change to the membership terms, you can cancel before it applies, at no cost.
